Terms & Conditions
Terms for using the Storefield Digital website. Client services are governed by the written agreement for each engagement.
1. Website terms
These Terms govern your use of the My Store website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Agency services
Information on this website describes our capabilities but is not a binding offer to perform services. Any ecommerce design, development, consulting, support or other paid work will be governed by the proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, invoice terms or other written agreement accepted for that engagement.
3. No guarantee of results
Examples, strategies and content are provided for general information. Ecommerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including traffic, pricing, product-market fit, platform changes, third-party services and client implementation. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, conversion rates or other business results unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
4. Third-party platforms
Our work may rely on platforms, apps, plugins, hosting providers, APIs or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, policies and availability. We are not responsible for changes or outages controlled by third parties.
5. Affiliate relationships
We may participate in referral or affiliate programs with technology providers. Where a recommendation may result in a financial benefit to Storefield Digital, we aim to disclose that relationship clearly. Any such relationship does not change the client’s responsibility to evaluate whether a third-party product is suitable for its needs.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, graphics, brand assets and original content are owned by or licensed to My Store and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that harms its operation, impersonate others, or use our content unlawfully.
8. Enquiries and communications
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee project availability. Please do not send confidential credentials, passwords, payment details or sensitive data through the public contact form.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed client agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of this public website. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
13. Governing terms for client work
The governing law and dispute terms for paid engagements should be set out in the agreement or proposal issued by the Storefield Digital contracting entity. If no separate written term applies to website use, mandatory local laws continue to apply as required.
